Almena professed Christ at a very early age and was a member Liberty Baptist Church. She attended DuSable High School in Chicago, Illinois. She was employed at FeldKamp Malloy Advertising Agency, as a photo stylist, and retired after 30 years of dedicated service.
Almena enjoyed traveling abroad, golfing, motorcycling riding, and horseback riding. She devoted herself unselfishly by comforting and supporting her beloved family as well as her many friends.
Almena is survived by her sister Betty Bagley, two nephews, Ronald Bagley, Van Bagley; four nieces Shellie (Carlton) Flagg, Carolyn White, Kay Smith, and Mamie (Joseph) Gadson; three great-nephews Shon (Jennifer) Bagley, Shelton Flagg and Shane Flagg; two great nieces Stacey White and Shannon Bagley; three great-great nieces Alliyah Bagley, Pasleigh Chaseyn Bagley, Graceyn Jayce Bagley, and one great-great nephew Bryce Bagley, and a host of nieces, nephews,
